Under the KVKK No. 6698, your personal data shared with beyondlab.com.tr may be processed by us by being obtained, recorded, stored, modified, reorganized, partially or completely through automatic or non-automatic means, provided that they are part of a data recording system. Any operation performed on data is considered “processing of personal data” under the KVKK.
Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
To fulfill the requirements of the services we offer to our customers in compliance with contract and technology, and to improve our products and services;
To record identity, address, and other necessary information to identify the transaction owner under the Law No. 6563 on Regulation of Electronic Commerce, Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, and related regulations; to prepare all records and documents based on transactions in banking and electronic payment fields, in electronic or paper format; to comply with information retention, reporting, and information obligations as required by legislation and authorities; to provide information to prosecutors, courts, and relevant public officials in matters related to public security or legal disputes upon request and in accordance with legislation; to offer a variety of opportunities to our members or to legally share these opportunities with parties who may offer them.

Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties
Your personal data shared with beyondlab.com.tr for the above purposes may be transferred to our main shareholders, affiliates at home or abroad, member companies using beyondlab.com.tr infrastructure, partners, domestic/foreign institutions with which we cooperate, and other third parties, as data processors or for service provision purposes.

Via forms on beyondlab.com.tr and mobile applications; through name, surname, ID number, address, phone number, business or private email address; via user name and password login pages including preferences, IP logs, cookie data, session times and details, location data;
Orally, in writing, or electronically via our channels like conferences, training, consulting services, sales and marketing personnel, printed forms, business cards, digital marketing, call centers;
In physical or virtual environments, directly or remotely, verbally, or in writing, from those who establish commercial relations, apply for jobs, submit proposals, share personal data via CVs, business cards, offers;
From indirect sources such as websites, blogs, competitions, surveys, games, campaigns, and social media; from e-newsletter reading/click behavior; from public databases; or from open profiles and data shared on social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Google, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.).
Personal Data Collected Before KVKK Took Effect
Personal data collected legally before the KVKK effective date of April 7, 2016, through membership, electronic communication consent, product/service purchases, and other lawful means, are also processed and stored in accordance with the terms of this policy.
Transfer of Personal Data
Personal data collected through any of the above methods may be transferred to service providers abroad (to countries with sufficient data protection accredited by the Personal Data Protection Board) within the scope of the KVKK and for contractual purposes.
Storage and Protection of Personal Data
Beyondlab.com.tr is obliged to prevent unlawful processing of personal data, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure safe storage using hash, encryption, access management, and log tracking, as well as physical security measures. If personal data is unlawfully obtained by others, the situation will be reported to the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with the law.
Keeping Personal Data Accurate and Up-to-Date
Under Article 4 of the KVKK, beyondlab.com.tr is obliged to keep your personal data accurate and up-to-date. Therefore, our customers must share or update their correct and current information via the website or mobile application to fulfill our legal obligations.
